Exhibition "Las Fronteras"
Galería MS
in collaboration with
ONG Grupo 2013
OPENING WEDNESDAY 15TH SEPTEMBER AT 20:00H
SOLIDARITY EXHIBITION:
Is an exhibition to collect money for founding the studies of children in 6 countries in which Grupo 2013 is helping (Nicaragua, Bolivia, Ecuador, Nepal, Camboya y Mozambique). This initiative is part of the project “Maestros y Alumnos Solidarios” (Teachers and Pupils for Solidarity) with which Grupo 2013 has the target of 100 founds for needed children in developing countries. By now, 43 founds have been given but we are sure that after this event the target will be much closer.
The exhibiting artists will reflect about the borders, creating under that idea exclusive pieces for this exhibition. The proposed issue is clearly interesting even though the borders are conflictive areas, but alse places for mixing and stress... Stress that often generates art.
Exhibiting Artists: Marina Rodriguez Vargas, Elena Garrigues, Antonio Mosquera, Jorge Hernandez, Adriana Merlo, Sara Pérez Thompson, Juan Llompart, Rómulo Royo, Victor pulido, Ángeles Cutillas, Patricia Rubio, Anne Murray, Paz Juristo.
